Location and the area , super peaceful clean and nice Ac not working , addressed 3 times nothing happened They don’t provide water bottles , Found several insects big ones in the room , Staff not rude , but not helpful at all

Near bus stops , breakfast was decent. Pool looked clean. Didn’t have a lot of time to use it. The AC couldn’t be turned down in the rooms. It was set to 19 Celsius and wouldn’t let you control the temp unless it was up in temp. Bathrooms are kind of small.

The property was nice, very clean on the inside. They had a nice pool and were in a quiet area. Definitely should high dust more, there were some cobwebs in the corner.

Bed was comfortable and good location for Disneyland Paris. Given proximity to Disney it was very busy with kids and didn’t seem to have enough staff to keep up cleaning and maintenance. Like other reviews say cleaning was just ok, glasses trays etc on the halls. Staff who was there was pleasant and obviously working hard just seems they need more with high volume of small kids.

The location is fantastic, quiet yet conveniently close to various facilities. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It's just an 8-minute drive to Disneyland and also near an outlet mall.

The hotel was lovely and very clean, kids loved the pool. The beds were like sleeping on clouds, so comfortable. As a group we met to have drinks in the bar, however, the barman was not particularly helpful and made us feel like an inconvenience

Nice rooms close to Disneyland Paris. Great restaurants within walking distance. Nice staff. Coffee pods/ milk not stocked daily.

clean hotel , friendly staff, and location was great for disney i couldn't control the a/c temp in my room it was so hot as some points , we asked the front to change it to our desired temp and they said they would gladly do it, all night the temp never changed and we were so hot
