ibis Marne La Vallée Val d'Europe

It's a strategic place to stay in if you are visiting Disneyland. The room is completely clean, spacious and comfortable.

It was conveniently located for getting on the RER-A train to Disneyland and Val 'd Europe Mall just outside the hotel on the sidewalk plaza. My room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Both the wifi and the hot water worked well. I thought the price of the room per night (just under $200US/night) did not match the amenities for that price point at other hotels. I was literally shocked when I saw it in person when I arrived to check in. There was also: no coffee/tea service in the room, no refrigerator, no safe. The room was stripped down BASIC. When I needed to get any ice I had to go down to the check-in desk and beg for ice. I felt like they thought I was bothering them every time I asked for some and I was there for 4 nights. They had a water machine where you could fill your own containers with cold & hot water. I was afraid to use this machine because it was covered in a white film that made it look filthy. I brought it to the attention of a worker and they said this is just how it was and they could not do anything about it. It was scary. The hotel looked and smelt a little run down to me. I don't feel I could recommend this hotel to my friends or go back to stay again. Sorry.

The room was large enough for my family with our toddler and mobile toddler bed to be setup with plenty of room. The air conditioning is a must for the hotter months of the year, and we greatly appreciated it. Nothing that I can think of.

Close to the outlet Everything!! We asked to change bed type but manager refused saying “since you booked through booking choosing this bed type we can’t do anything” then after going to the room we were surprised that the room was invaded by tiny bugs!! Dead and alive and when I complained one of the employees was trying to be very helpful but the manager was rude and he gave us a room with a small bed! And when we refused the small bed the manager was fussy and we had to go in a search with the helpful employee just to find a decent room! The rooms had a capsule like toilet and small old bed sheets

The location if you are going to Disneyland is exceptional. The RER metro station is 10 seconds away from the hotel and you can easily reach the park in less than 10 minutes. Or Paris in about an hour and a half. The neighborhood is quiet, not crowdy, with lots of trees for good walks. There is a big shopping center Val d'Europe in 10 minutes walk and lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. The check in and check out for the hotel were very fast and the staff was friendly. The walls are thin, but people were quiet at night. The view from our room was nice. The rooms are very small, including the bathroom. You can barely move when you are taking a shower, because the space is in a rectangular shape. Although the bed pillows were soft, they were too high for us. But at least the bed was comfy. There were two extra pillows stored in bags, but they had dirty stains, looking like they were used and not washed. Also the bathroom was not cleaned properly, with oily stains on the bathroom's door and the sink had yellow lime scales. It looks like they don't use detergents, but only clean it with a wet cloth. We didn't feel cozy living in this room, but we mostly used it only for sleep. The price for this room quality and clean service is too high.

Room too small for 3 adults and no place for storing luggage. I expected more from an Ibis hotel.

location is very good, next to the RER station, private parking the hotel is very basic, but if you dont plan to spend a lot of time there, its perfect to sleep.

Right next to rer, renovated, staff friendly, clean! A bit noisy, the toilets keep making noise during the night and you can hear bangings all night long

We were missing towels everyday, but we got them quickly when we asked. Very good service at reception!

I booked online with commitment to pay,the price online was not the same when i arrived at the hotel because they add the tax after.

I liked the price and how close it was to the train. Bathrooms were really small.

The location is excelent. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet stinky. The room has a cigarette smoke smell.

Location. Perfect for those who want to go to disneyland. The room was not clean. We had an issue that there was a light beeping all the time (from the handicapped box).

The hotel is in a very good location, and it is very convenient to Disneyland and the city center.
