Very close to the Charlestown Races & breakfast was better than the Days Inn in Winchester. Rooms clean but noted steps were beginning to rust and should be repaired soon. I would stay stay at this hotel again.

It was a wonderful stay as location was great. Shuttle to concert as well. Comfortable bedding and clean The only downside to the property was the steps. No elevator and makes it harder for handicap access

The room smelled bad it had a mildewey smell,..that made me sick went to the front desk to check out. I asked for a bottle of water, she said they didn't have none and said I can get some water out of the container, then when I asked for ice, she says she didn't have any shook my head and walked off..jus went there at night was I town for a family reunion if I was not running late,.would hav found another place to stay

No ice. A bit noisy but it was quiet after midnight. No meats with breakfast.

The staff was incredibly nice from the night manager to the cleaning staff to the morning manager. The bed was cozy and I got a great night's sleep. Nothing too serious that I need to write about it.

Ac in room didn't work and the ice machine didn't work, this is the second time having a room there that the ac didn't work

Checked in and then left immediately. Spider webs all over room. Sheets were dirty. Horrible smell in room. Floor was wet.

It was clean. Comfortable, the keys worked. Staff were helpful and non intrusive. All around good service. I would have liked some hot chocolate, and milk/sugar in the room.

The property location was perfect for our stay. We were going to a concert at the casino located across the street. The hotel had a shuttle bus that took us to and picked us up from the casino. We liked it so much we extended our stay. The noise from the people above us checking out at 5:30AM and letting everyone know about it.
