The hot tub and pool area were the cleanest I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Someone that knows how to clean obviously cleaned it. The staff was also super friendly and put our ice packs in their freezer for us overnight. At breakfast, we were hanging out and one of the staff asked if we wanted anything further before they closed the breakfast area. Thought that was nice that they asked. Overheard other interactions with customers and their front desk staff are superbly customer service oriented. We are going to stay with Hampton Inn whenever possible because of this stay.

Expedia reserved a non existent room style. Hampton Inn upgraded us to make it work. We had to call for bedding for pull out couch. Breakfast was disappointing. Items were cold or gone. Not being refilled. Room was clean. Alex at front desk was extremely helpful.

I’m a traditional person who believes in breakfast being eggs, bacon and biscuits with gravy. Your choices are not bad but limited. It’s the only negative when it comes to your organization. Please make your breakfast more of a hot meal. Thank You ? Great Job ??

Breakfast was terrific. Waffles were great and easy for guests to make. The rest of the buffet was well supplied. Room was good sized and clean. Staff was attentive and coffee around the clock in the lobby was good. Nothing to complain about.

Jose-Javier at the front desk checked me in & I have to say he is not only professional but also very personable. He is certainly an asset to the team. I will certainly book again at this location because of the welcome I received from him.

Unfortunately there were bed bugs in our room. Needless to say we left a day early after wife was eaten alive.

Place was clean, room was perfect, and breakfast very good. Desk attendant very professional and courteous. Great effort all around.
