Clean the rooms and replace the door that was crumbling when opening and closing. The towels were stained like never washed. Totally refused to wash there. Totally disgusting

Front desk clerk was great. He remembered we had stayed before and was very nice. Only problem, I requested a non smoking to oom and it smelled like smoke, but was not too bad.

The staff was friendly, location is great to be close to Harper's Ferry. Smoking room is a plus! The outlets were open and wires exposed. The shower was not draining when we arrived and we had to clean it out ourselves.

Quiet, pet friendly, and the staff was nice There were some roaches in my room. Not many, but enough to skeeve me out I saw them when I first opened my room door, at the doorway.

Door keys never work, have to go to the office. Every time you leave your room and go back in. Because the keys homework, they say, that's because you put them by your phone, which is not true. Last time I stayed here, I had to go to the front every day and get them to let me in, because the key thing wouldn't work on the door there was a box in the room. Shower was terrible when we wouldn't drain. Soaps coming around the edge of it. It's just horrible. I will never stay there again.

Customer service was great I had problem with room I was moved to another room no problems Rooms look tidy when walk in but found stains on top of bed floors had not been swept

There was no breakfast The refrigerator was broken.,. I couldn’t use the phone it was broken when I called to report it the staff was like ok.. and there were spiders in the room

Location was good and the nice Lady upfront was as helpful as she could be. The room was dirty and the hot water heater would trip the breaker often. The Jacuzzi didn't work. And did not have enough hot water to take a shower.
