It is conveniently located to restaurants and shops in a safe area. The hotel itself is newly renovated. The staff was as a whole amazing! The room was clean. The beds were comfy! The breakfast was awesome :) It’s my go to for charlotte! Nothing

Clean, comfortable room, bed and bathroom. Friendly helpful staff, plenty of parking and convenient to shops and activities. Highly recommend. Longer breakfast time. Perhaps until 10:30 am. The bartender ran out of Vodka and Rum during the happy hour.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful.. The upper floors were very warm in the hallways. Air conditioning was not calibrated between hall and room.
