Very nice place, the only small minus were the location of the elevators which made it long to reach our assigned room.

The people were nice The beds were uncomfortable. We had to wait two hours and 20 minutes to get in our room. Check-in was at three. We couldn’t check in till 5:30….We went down for breakfast that morning. The young lady stated that she was not going to make any more breakfast..we still had an hour and a half to go.

The room smelled like someone ate in there previously. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and room description for the room we got was incorrect. Layout of elevator and rooms was weird. The only positive was the location.

I like the location of area. Where do i start….well we had to switch rooms because the drainage was stopped up. Then the new room we were moved into the covers was dirty. Mind you front desk knew about the problem and asked if i want to move again or get clean sheets. All the dishes were placed in the fish washer and they was still dirty.

The room Just wish I had known I couldn't get my Hilton reward points by booking it through 3rd party. Lesson learned.

I honestly cant complain about anything! I stayed 7/4/26 and the staff was great . I made sure to get the names of the two employees that I was in correspondence with. TIA AND MIA lol and they aren't twins. However, both ladies were very pleasant and went beyond to try accommodate. I will be visiting again . Thanks
