Four Points by Sheraton Charlotte - Pineville

Overall a very nice place to stay. I will come back in my return trips!

The woman and man behind the counter The pool being down I had my child with me and it was her birthday

The staff was wonderful, especially the front desk host, whom I believe was named Melissa. She was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with recommendations for places to visit around town. After a long and trying flight, her kindness and positive attitude made such a great first impression. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Conveniently located clean quiet

Breakfast was better than I thought.

It was right across from a jogging/bike path, beautiful scenery with the trees and open space. The place was clean breakfast was really good It’s nothing I didn’t like besides the black women to checked me in, other then that beautiful property

Very nice

Room was nice and clean. Hallways and elevators were clean and inviting. Breakfast was good as always and the people on shift were super nice and helpful We have stayed here several years in a row while traveling to Myrtle beach. It is 1/2 way from our home and price is very good Mattresses use to be thick and fluffy. Couldn’t wait to get here to enjoy a good nights sleep. They are so cheap Now that they have put in cheap mattresses makes a huge difference in the stay. Please go back to the mattresses you had before

Not a great experience, staff was great however hotel it’s self was not good

The property was kept clean The pool was broken and we weren’t made aware until we walked up to the front desk to check in. Most people select certain hotels because of that one amenity….a pool! No comp and no empathy was very off putting

The staff were super friendly and the facilities were clean and pleasant. The breakfast was really good. the only thing I did not like and it was not the fault of the hotel or their staff, was a basketball team of children was staying there and they were loud.

I would expect better breakfast options when the property is run by Marriott. Better appliances in room.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. We enjoyed our stay!

Not the but, not the worst

Very nice. Clean and comfortable that's what I ask for this hotel delivered. Staff very friendly. Stingy with the towels lol. AC and (in the mornings) the doors were loud.

Cleanliness, safe surroundings, and good staff Wifi didn’t reach our room on the 3rd floor. Breakfast options are subpar. It was far from the city itself.

Breakfast was adequate but underwhelming.

Was told WiFi was included but had to join Bonvoy to get it and apparently it didn't reach 4/5th level rooms where I was staying

room was nice and breakfast was good. Toilet ran entire time we were there. reported it to management three times, but no fix.

Staff was nice and helpful, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. Best deal for a short stay
