the room was clean and modern The floor felt a bit sticky to walk on, and the tub facet was consistently running a stream of water when shut off (room 209). We had to keep the door shut in order to not hear the water at bed time.

Location Having the room be surface clean but then going into the bathroom to find a dead roach and hair in the bathtub and dirt behind the door.
