The air conditioner was not responding to controls. Even when it was shut off it blasted cold air during our stay. I did report it.

A/C fan in room was so loud with intermittent squeaking that we had to turn off the A/C on a warm night in order to sleep.

I checked into my room. Apparently they overlooked the fact my room wasn’t completely cleaned, the towel hook was laying on the floor with Sheetrock dust and the toilet didn’t flush. I wasn’t impressed. This is not a Hilton property as I know them

This is my go-to location when in Charlottesville for business. Good restaurants within walking distance.

We were welcomed by friendly staff and our room was very clean, quiet and beds were so comfortable. The location was convenient to everything we did. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I hope to stay again when I go back to Virginia. The 24 hour coffee and tea availability was a hit for us and the breakfast was excellent, more to choose from than most . Thanks for a wonderful stay !
