Wonderful!

I liked this hotel. It probably wasn't as central as I thought it would be but the room was spacious and clean and the staff was very nice. I imagine the rooftop bar would be really nice in cooler days. I also kind of liked the little bookshop they had on the lower level. Overall, it was a nice experience for a short stay.

The digital check in process takes away from an otherwise generally nice experience. Staff is almost non-existent.

Loved our king bedroom suite with the balcony

Nice room...thin walls though so a bit noisy. Need to be comfortable with no on site staff. No issues with check in or check out online, but the lock on our balcony door was broken...which given the balconies are connected would have been an issue had my husband not been with me. So I did not try to contact anyone to fix it. TV remote also not working...again no front desk to remedy the situation quickly so we just did without TV. But overall not a bad experience.

Where to begin… first off, I got a text telling me to sign in remotely using text, a photo id and a selfie. Then I was told parking would be $22. Then I was told there would be no staff. Then I was told there would be a $250 deposit on my credit card. There were 3 When I get there, there was no parking and I drove around the blocks at least 6 times thinking I was missing something. There were two valet spots up front but they were full and there was no attendant. It’s a small town with very limited street parking and no public parking. Eventually someone pulled out and I was able to get a spot. I walked into the hotel and lo and behold no staff. Internet/cell was spotty so signing in was a mess and since there was no one staffing the facility it took me quite some time to get my room number and code. I only had two hours street parking so when I got to my room I tried using the landline to call their customer line… there was no phone. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes and eventually someone attending the parking booth showed up. I asked him where this illustrious $22 parking was. He walked out of the building, walked me down the road, and pointed down a side street “you see that sign way down there with a red arrow, it’s there”. No signage, doesn’t say parking for The Doyle, nothing. The bars and “amenties” were largely unstaffed. When I used the tv, they had streaming services - all with previous guests logins and credit cards available for anyone to use. Hotels usually clea

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel itself was quiet, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service throughout our visit. Overall, this was a great experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!

The hotel is a decent hotel but I guess we just hit the perfect storm. The room smelled stale, not bad but as if it doesn't get used very often. Theu had a cafe but the cafe was closed for technical difficulties so only served coffee and pastries. We were going to go out but was tired and decided to stay in, however the TV wasn't working. Spoke to the lady at the front desk who said she would send someone up. They never came. I had to talk to the front desk again the next day. Then to top it all off after a day of touring wineries, we go to sleep. That good been out all day tipsy sleep and the fire alarm goes off and we now have to evacuate the building for 30-45 minutes at 11pm at night. I cant blame the hotel for this but I didn't have the best experience.
