Great location with easy car access to all parts of the island. A short walk to shops, restaurants and one of the better sunset viewing spots on the island. Breakfast buffet is a little small but the selection of foods was good and overall worth the price.

Location The staff was unfriendly. They charge almost 30 dollars for a lost key.

I was pleased with the room cleanliness and size. The bathroom was big and shower had great water pressure. I didn’t like emptying the water from the humidifier. The TV was extremely small and no English channels. I wish the little table was taller.

Cleaning ladies are super kind

The hotel is clean and neat, and the staff are helpful. They can communicate in English and assisted me with my questions, which made the stay comfortable. A couple of things could be improved. The pillow was the traditional buckwheat style, which may not be comfortable for many international guests — offering standard pillows as an option would make a big difference. Also, the breakfast could benefit from more international choices.

Good location. About 10 minute walk from the major American Village area. Plenty of shopping and places to eat around.

Price is a little high

Nice big room. Good location. Free parking. Decent breakfast I very nearly ended up in the hospital because of a mold situation in the air-conditioning unit or somewhere in the room. I thought I had a mild reaction to mold. But this was extreme. The hotel has been very apologetic

The location was very convenient and walkable. Breakfast was very good and staff very nice. Prefer doors on inside but area appeared safe.

The location and the size of the rooms was great. The breakfast buffet does not have too many options. But the location offers a large variety of eateries.

fish in the breakfast is fresh and tasty, I like the variety of the breakfast buffet. the view in the room is beautiful and the temperature in the room is comfortable after check-in, the hotel location is neat the pier, we took walk, enjoyed the breeze. short of man power in the front desk and cleaning? the staff told me they dont clean during our stay(2 nights), sometime I can't see staff in the front desk when we go to. I booked the room with kitchen but there is no any Kitchen appliances could be use.

Great location and very friendly staff. A short walk to the start of the American Village boardwalk, that leads to all the popular restaurants, bars and shops. Room was comfortable and equipped with a mini kitchen, medium-sized fridge, and microwave. My daughter and I were a little disappointed that the breakfast buffet didn't have more Okinawan foods—No goya, no soba. I imagine it's because a lot of the guests were American who might not enjoy those foods. It probably also explains why the eggs were over cooked. Ha! Finally, the temperatures in the elevators was roasting!

I liked how close things were and it was clean and staff were friendly. I also liked the breakfast they provided even though some of it was not always hot. I didn’t like that our room was only cleaned once throughout our 9 day stay there and we had to go down to the lobby to get towels switched, buy detergent, and things like that.

It was on American Village where restaurants and shopping is close.

Convenient location close to the American village. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was very good.
