Elsoltown Okinawa

Fantastic space for our family to regroup after a long flight. Rooms were comfortable and AC was very appreciated after a day at the beach. Kitchen was very usable and the freespace inside was a luxury that is hard to find in a lot of Japanese apartments. The outside patio was fantastic for the children to have their own space We dreaded the stairs after a long day or when moving suitcases, but the space was worth the effort

Good staff, good location, good room

The location, the staff and the accommodations were all excellent! No elevator, a lot of you have a lot of luggage. Staff was super helpful in taking luggage to apartment.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with everything you might need for an extended stay: microwave, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, dishes, and coffee maker with coffee. Within easy walking distance to American Village. Convenience store and restaurants next door. No view to the outside from the apartment.

The room was well laid out with clear instructions for most things in a folder. There were enough facilities for a family stay. We did not receive the door code until 1 hour before check in time which was stressful because we were not sure if we will receive it. There were no staff on the premises and the phone number did not work for us.

Big place nice view,wonderful host Nothing’

The host is really friendly and nice. This accommodation is quite near American Village and with parking space and kitchen for cooking. Convenient and comfortable for a whole family. The bed is a bit soft for us but overall this is a nice and good place for staying.

The staff was extremely kind and friendly, the place was spacious and clean. The overall vibe is very chill and comfortable. Will definitely visit again

Good location. Next to American Village. Many restaurants near the property. Walls are too thin. Single bed a little small.

Convenient and accessible, clean and well equipped No change of towels, had to wash ourselves. No housekeeping or at least disposal of garbage.

The place was very clean and organized. The host greeted us well, gave us the keys and accompanied us to the room to ensure we had no problems entering and acessing the room. The instructions were well detailed and clear. Nothing

The location is within walking distance of American Village, so it's convenient. We drove, and the parking right at the door was awesome, too. I love that the apartment has a water dispenser with both hot and room-temperature options. This saves us the trouble of buying mineral water during our stay there.

The apartment we got (the standard two bedroom apartment, no terrace, not corner) was pretty clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower, and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided. The washer-dryer machine was clean, and detergent was provided. Drip coffee machine and coffee grounds were also provided, which I appreciated for one of the early mornings we had. They even provided insecticide, which was great - we had an ant invasion as we had left bananas out on the table (and one of their skins had partly peeled off exposing the flesh), so had to do some spraying. The host, despite limited English, was friendly and did his best to help me contact my next accommodation to find out some information. Location is within walking distance to the American village, and there is a Lawson's one minute away. The walls were a bit thin, we could hear the people next door and upstairs. The air conditioning in the two-bed room was also freezing and we had to set the air con to "warm" mode! Also, perhaps our fault for not inspecting the booking dot com photos closely, but the apartment is basically in a shop space with partial (frosted) glass walls and door, so this was an initial shock as we thought it would be in a typical apartment block.
