Everything!!! Beautiful property and very hospitable staff. Very attentive, to each detail. My family needed a place to stay during the typhoon and this was the perfect place to be. I can not think of something I did not like.

Clean, courteous staff Parking after hours

A bit on the higher price but I think it's worth it. I hope they have indoor pools and kid-friendly facilities.

Location and room layout. Washer and dryer Pool fee. And we need option to (average) out the room for company receipts. For company reimbursement.

Location was right in front of American Village Parking space is limited at their lot but have parking towers that are automated. Loading and off-loading area was limited. If you have a car it was a slight inconvenience

Good location in American Town. New Hotel. Staff was helpfull. 1.) Stayed for 5 nights. Charge for each Adult to use pool was 2,000 yen and Children 1,000 yen. Whole time pool was closed for weather or Miatenance. Was not able to use the pool. 2.) Due to late flights comming into Okinawa, arrived at Hotel after 10 pm. Hotel staff informed me the kitchen is closed at 9 pm. Could not order food for family, because Hotel staff informed me of no outside delivery policey. Hotel provided us umbrellas to walk to McDonalds in rain with family about 3 blocks away. 3.) Breakfast buffet was pricey. About 10,000 yen for 2 adults and on chilkd under 7 years old. 4.) Stayed on 9th Floor with room facing beach. Could hear the noise of crosswalk(churping for the blind) all night. 5.) No international English Chanels on tv. Had to use TV apps. 6.) Wifi in room or hotel is not good. Hard to stream movies.

Breakfast was good, a bit pricey but good. The evening meals were way overpriced. I liked having laundry facility in the guest room. Location was very good. An additional charge to use the tiny pool. That is unacceptable. A required ¥2,000 pp to use the pool. Drinks and food were severely overpriced. Front desk Staff appeared to be lost most of the time. The housekeeping staff were spot on. Well done. We actually changed hotels. Much happier now.

We stayed at the villa with attached (shared) infinity pool; it is visually impressive, and the attached private jacuzzi was a wonderful addition! We also really like the huge amount of open space and the separate bedroom. Did I mention the wonderful infinity pool? While the infinity pool was great, it was also shared so we sometimes have neighbors swim in front of our unit and could see right into our wide open space. Fortunately everyone has been respectful but it did take a little away from the privacy. We could also hear our neighbors pretty well, which was not a big deal to us because we had little kids too, but this may be a factor to consider for someone there for a romantic trip. Infinity pool's water was also very cold early April, but that's our own issue for traveling during that time, just thought I would mention it for April travelers. Not too many restaurant options right around the hotel, also no Family Mart, etc.
