The staff and location The typhoon that came through. Obviously not the fault of the hotel.

The location of this place couldn't be better. You step out the front door and you are on the beach. Also right in the middle of everything American Village has to offer. Plenty of places to eat and shopping! The hotel is very clear and comfortable. The breakfast is very healthy and fresh. Assortment of offerings that is different everyday. The hotel doesn't have a pool, but there is a great bathhouse 3 minutes away that has a variety of pools, hot baths, sauna and others offerings. Nothing. Perfect in every way.

Very helpful staff and room very clean and large. Views over sunset beach. Japanese breakfast all great immediately across from American village which some may consider a benefit but very commercial and we were hoping for quieter area!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have dietary restrictions and they were able to accommodate me. Their food was amazing and for me there was just too much! Had to ask them to give me a lot less. The room was amazing and huge. I loved the private balcony!! Its location was great for beach access, shopping and exploring the city.

I loved everything! The staff was warm, caring and professional. The breakfast was wonderful! The food and service was exquisite. The view from my room of the sea and beach area was magnificent. My meditations were so good. The energy in the area was great. I loved being around so many beautiful families with their young children. The area has so much to do within walking distance. My early morning runs were outstanding along the beachfronts and boardwalk. My two sons live on Okinawa and I was able to spend quality time with them and tour the beautiful island. I now see why they love living here so much. My Japanese! I will work on speaking the language and my next trip will be even better.

Staff were lovely. Breakfast was a wonderful Japanese style multi-course experience. Shower / bath room was amazing!! Views were great and the location next to Depot Island was really enjoyable. We booked for a family of 4, and the 2 double beds and a single were all lined up together to make a giant bed. It was cosy, but a bit impractical for getting in and out of bed.

Best possible location in Chatan - by the sunset beach, with direct access to it. All rooms with balconies and ocean view, ideal for sunset watching. Rooms very spacious, tidy, with all amenities you need. Bathrooms with shower and a tub. Excellent staff, very nice and helpful. Delicious Japanese breakfasts. In the evenings restaurant downstairs served great local food and drinks. Overall - we highly recommend this hotel!

The location was perfect! There was no problems parking my rental vehicle throughout the day and the staff was always incredibly friendly. The walking distance to shops and restaurants was great. I do not have anything negative to say about my stay or the property.
