Breakfast: This hotel has the BEST breakfast buffet we ever had. We loved waking up & heading there every morning & having the best breakfast meals; so many options, so much fresh food, so much variety. Its honestly on-par with american luxury buffets. It gave such a great start to our days and made our vacation so great. Room: The room is small, its not as large as the pics seem. For 2 people like us then prepare to feel a bit cramped. But honestly after the 1st day you get used to it. Bed: the bed is very firm which is really common in japan. Takes time to get used to, very good for your back & posture. The pillows were not good, they were filled with like beans it felt like. Somehow we still fell asleep immediately and got the best rest of our lives. View: Good, not a clear oceanview because down the street is a hilton but we still saw the ocean. The best view is from the 8th floor where the rooftop pool and bar are located. If you want to use the pool you need to pay but if you just want to enjoy the view then ask the staff and they'll let you in for free. Btw using the pool is worth it if the weather is good because you get the best sunset view. Wifi worked just fine, no issues. Location: The location is perfect. Private connecting door to a Lawsons. Right outside theres a high-quality sushi revolving sushi. Connected to a covered walkway to protect from the rain. Actually this hotel is connected to covered walkway that lets you explore most of American Village without getting caught in the rain. Its genius. Even still - both exits of the hotel have umbrellas for hotel guests to borrow. Lots of izakayas & bars nearby, coffee shops, cafes, etc. The closest beach is Sunset Beach - a 5 min walk. Its a nice relaxing beach. Housekeeping : every morning gave us fresh towels & water without us asking. This was amazing. Hotel lobby also has free 24/7 water + juice + snacks. honestly nothing really to complain about. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

The location is great. The mattress was not completely covered. They only cover the mattress topper with a sheet, the rest is fully exposed.

Clean, comfortable beds. Close to shopping, beach, restaurants I didn’t like that the cost of the infinity pool was not included in the price of my room. That’s ridiculous! I’ve never stayed anywhere where you had to pay extra for the pool.

Superb Onsen. Great location, cleanliness and hospitality by offering complimentary ice pops, drinks and candy at the hotel lobby. Rooftop swimming pool isn’t free of charge.

Great location for the American Village, good sized room, great public onsen, great pool area (but pay extra), helpful staff with booking buses to the aquarium and airport transfers, bus stop right out from of hotel for those places too. Lawson’s in the lobby was very handy as well. Laundry facilities.

The location was the reason for our booking. The spa was a nice convenience. The room was spacious. The pools advertised are not for hotel guests. You have to pay extra!!! It is the strangest thing I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We stayed at some amazing hotels on our trip. The quality of this hotel does not match the cost. It was the most expensive stay with the least amount of quality and amenities. The only reason they can ask for this price is because of the location. we also paid for an extra guest and they put in a third bed for us unfortunately, it was a very small bed, so it was not the most comfortable. The room was plenty big enough for a better size bed. It was a bit of a disappointment. Also, each bed only received one pillow. The quality of the linens were not the best, probably the least comfortable beds out of all of our stays on this trip.
