Breakfast I felt could of have more options. It was the same everyday and need a bit more variety.

the size of the room was awesome as well as the location!!!! It was a beautiful hotel! i think the pool needs to close at sundown and not at 1800, that sucks! also it’s an expensive hotel and i don’t believe we should pay for any parking but regardless it was still cheap at only 500yen on property.

The location was great, very close to the ocean and American village with great walkability. The breakfast buffet was solid with both local and western offerings. The pool was very nice with a little water slide, there was also access to the neighboring Hilton hotel pool, which was a nice bonus we did not realize when initially booking.

Very clean, nice variety of buffet selections and the location gives you a beautiful view of one the most beautiful sunsets in the world! I loved everything about the property.

The room design and decoration feel comfortable, and it is very good to enjoy the beautiful sea and sunset from the balcony. Stayed for two consecutive nights, but the breakfast content is almost the same. It is recommended not to repeat the dishes for two consecutive days.

The location was next to the American Village with plenty of dining options. The hotel was neat, clean and smelled great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ask them any question and they would be happy to help. Even prior to my arrival, I emailed them a couple of times. There is a convenience store within 5 minutes walk. Nothing.

Great location. Good for local restaurants and day trips. The staff were so friendly and even went as far as booking us in for a massage at the Hilton whilst we were out for breakfast and couldn’t book in before hand. Close to a car hire company which is strongly recommended if you’re on the island to save you having to book before you go! Nothing to fault really!! The only thing was the roof top bar that was a big sell for me on the property and unfortunately it was closed 2 out of the 3 night we stayed there. And by the time we got up there they didn’t have the umbrellas out and the outdoor furniture didn’t have cushions. It was still beautiful but would have liked to see it in full form!!

Location Service! No concierge. My upgraded status was downgraded upon arriving. The body soap container was empty.

staff at front desk very good. Room very clean. Gym is not at double tree, gym is at hilton which is across the road - not convenient. No room service. No TV channel, only CNN.

Location is great, right next to American Village. Room is spacious, with ocean view and a balcony. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is a little bit disappointing to be honest, was expected to have more choices and taste better with this price. Even though we have access to the pool of the other Hilton, just right across the street, but sometimes you just don’t want to put on your bathing suit and bathrobe and walk across the street.
