Loved the location. Close to things, but not in the middle of it. Loved the sweets and cocktail hours. Staff very nice and helpful. Japanese breakfast good although not much difference each day. Would have liked something to wash dishes with.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. Staying there for a week it was nice to see familiar faces! 1 bedroom suite very spacious and comfy. Love the breakfast and Happy Hour times! Location is perfect - close enough to restaurants/shopping, without having to be directly in. Free laundry room + detergent was very helpful! The bathroom is very slippery - they give you warning but even being careful I did slip and fall. We laid out an additional towel for my daughter so she wouldn't fall. Kitchen area good, but would like soap/dish sponge.

Rooms were spacious. View from 7th floor restaurant (breakfast and club service) was nice. Very slow process at check-in compared to other places I've stayed in Okinawa. Breakfast portions were quite small, with only one main course allowed and a buffet section offering limited variety. Location was near American village, but need to walk about 15 mins to the center. The room lighting was q bit dark with a balcony view of the parking lot. Overall, given the price paid, it was not good value for money.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The special toiletries and the Nespresso coffee maker was a pleased bonus in the room. The hotel has an amazing breakfast with amazing views of the ocean. I wish the gym was opened a lot earlier and the pool stayed open a lot later.

Fantastic room, amazing service, great locations. The club service is really good for value, the pool was excellent. We really enjoyed the days here, we had a car and did good trips from the hotel. We had a small incident leaving one of our luggage in the room. The staff did everything, and we got the bag at the airport right before our departure. I was really impressed the way it was elegantly managed.

The beds and pillows were exceptional. I had the best sleep in months there. Location is great. Its not in the center of the American village and close enough to not make it a long walk. Breakfast beat our expectations. For dinner they could of had a main selection as they did for breakfast.

Tried to take a bath but water never got hot enough. Also, need was very hard. Did not sleep well.
