Hotel Flap Resort

Spacious tidy and clean with numerous comfort beds and great kitchen. However the dinning table was too small and had only 2 dinning chairs. Suppose the unit is great for the stay of 4 persons.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to beaches, markets, shopping and restaurants. It also had a laundry with dryer and detergent in the flat. Shampoo, Conditioner, body soap, slippers, toothbrush and paste, etc. provided. • The property is close to the main boulevard, and many motorcycles or street racers rev their engines up and down the street until around 1:30 AM, which makes it very noisy • Earplugs were provided, but they were not sufficient to block the noise • The unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 people, but • Only 2 barstools for dining • No place to hang towels in the bathrooms • No shelves for toiletries — the only space is directly over the toilet • No nightstands by the beds to charge phones or place items • No drawers or shelves for luggage or clothes — had to keep everything on the floor • Only 1 bath towel per person was provided • Despite being labeled a “hotel resort” across from the beach, no beach towels were provided • When I asked for an extra towel per person, I was told it would cost ¥3,000 per person • After pushing back, they did provide extra towels at no charge • There is a balcony, but it is completely bare with no chairs or table to enjoy the space • Overall, the space is not convenient or well-equipped for the number of guests it claims to accommodate

Clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Close to American Village, Aeon and restaurants. Noisy caused by motor bikes during night time.

Very comfortable, very clean, convenient laundry in the apartment. Located just across the street from the American village. Lots of restaurants within a 10 min walk. Once reservation is complete, owner will send you codes to unlock the doors in the facility. Would be nice if you could get messages from the owner in English, had to use google translate to get the information I needed.

WiFi is very slow.

This was a great place for a family to stay.

Hotel location was what i was looking for in that area. Facility is very quiet, clean, and safe for a family. Sleeping was more comfortable and adequate. Parking was provided for car rental. I would certainly stay in this facility again if i had to come visit this area. Family of five, we certainly had a great time while at this hotel. On arrival room number was not clearly communicated and had to make some calls that were not so good. Trash collection should be stated clearly. More cooking pots maybe would add to flexibility of deciding if eating out or making a quick dish especially breakfast. Better follow up would certainly correct these issues easily.

Modern, clean, comfortable Nothing

Accommodation is very clean and spacious. Check in is easy and hotel management is quick to respond to emails. There are several restuarants and a Family Mart within a block of the hotel. Location is a 5min walk to American Village. The hotel is quiet and we never heard noises from the other patrons. I really liked that the rooms can be closed off to enable everyone to sleep at their own time. I highly recommend this hotel.

The setting of room facilitate us that travel with a 16-month baby. Besides, this place is very clean and new. It would be perfect if luggage rack is provided.
