I can remember the words of a member of staff describing the hotel as a simple hotel. It is way better than that. Not perfect but I worked in hotels for a couple of years: The best hotels are the ones who listen and the staff was very helpful here. Thank you very much for an enjoyable stay! Lack of storage of any kind in the room. Everything else is very good so this is kind of puzzling.

Property was close to Kadena AB and Foster as well as all the restaurants and attractions in Chatan / American Village. Its fairly new so it was clean Not much amenities and somewhat strict rules for a place without amenities the check in staff was a little bit not too friendly making it a little awkward

I only liked the location! The cleanliness wasn't up to par. The staff wasn't friendly at all. They weren't as welcoming as the other hotels we stayed at and this was my 4th hotel in Okinawa! They also knocked on my door at 10:30am to demand payment for late checkout when I already requested for it the night before! I was hoping to sleep in a little, but they wanted the payment right then and there, unlike the other places who expected payment at checkout! Really defeated the purpose of my late checkout. They also expected me to return at 3pm for a receipt because they couldn't provide one at that time. I took a picture of a written form saying paid just so I wouldn't drive back.

Location was right next to an amazing and very affordable yakiniku restuarant (yakiniku one) The room did its purpose and for the price it was very very very well priced.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, I felt extremely comfortable during my stay as a solo traveller The beds were a little uncomfortable

The property was cold and baron. The bed and shower were very nice.. the room was very clean.. we felt safe.. Our big concern was lack of furnishings. There was no towel rack or clothes rack. No night light. The owner manager was cold.. with a few furnishings suggested it would improve the accommodations considerably. The price for the stay was very fair..
