Cleanliness, comfort and staff friendliness.

That is was kids friendly, the slide, the pool, the games. The pool was cold even with 38 degrees Celsius outside!

Friendly staff. Basic but clean. The staff offered to move a table into the room if I needed a desk. It was ok.

Very friendly greeting, great staff. Comfortable rooms & lovely breakfast. They also made a real fuss of my little dog. It's not a huge deal, but the food choice for dinner was very limited. I am fussy & struggled with what was on offer.

Location was good and central to where I wanted to be. Staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive Breakfast excellent selection not just continental but also an option of scrabbled eggs and bacon and fab that they offered an eve meal. Minor points 1- it would have been fab to have a English Channel on tv .. there is only so much news you can listen to.. but appreciate I’m was in France.. 2- a little more light in bedroom would have been good.

Very helpful pleasant staff. Clean and reasonable. Good location. Pool table/ slide & games for kids so they were happy!

Sabrina was a fantastic host. So friendly and very good with advice on places to eat. A few fittings in the bathroom (209) were a bit loose.

Excellent stop over. Fantastic friendly staff, couldn’t do enough for you. Very family friendly with lovely pool and games area. Great breakfast. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Great location at the junction to several major routes - despite that the hotel was surrounded by trees and quiet in the evening. The facilities were spot on and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Felt totally at ease throughout my stay. A common problem in most hotels - at times the hotel was understaffed "front of house" - too much to do for so few people..... That said all the staff were helpful and multi tasking to keep guests comfortable - good show!

Basic fairly small room but as a 'Value for Money' hotel this was to be expected and it had everything we needed. We weren't expecting a restaurant and bar but it turned out there was one and we had an exceptionally nice meal that evening that was very reasonable priced. I would highly recommend this. It even had a 'Cognac' menu which we had to sample of course as we were staying in Cognac! Nothing- all good

Staff friendliness was much above the average which was cool! Overall comfortable hotel with big parking. Super tasty and varied breakfast. Nice kids play zone with a slide in lobby. Wear & tear is visible in the rooms and common areas. AC did not work properly despite it was not a hot day. Hair dryer blew out at the end of our stay.
