The position of the hotel was good, just a short walk into centre ville, quiet. Hotel staff were very helpful. Outdoor pool a treat! Dinner options are fabulous and good value. I can't think of anything to complain about or suggest improvement to.

The pool area is really, the staff were helpful and very accommodating, good value for money Probably too far from the centre of town in the summer heat. Limited bar and restaurant menu and opening hours.

Claustrophobic rooms with no windows

Helpful staff; the pool was small but clean and families using it when we were there seemed to be having fun! The room was adequate, with air conditioning and TV and en suite shower room. The breakfast was good value for money. Excellent location near the train station, easy to find. There was a secure gated car park with spaces for a number of vehicles and were able to accommodate our pick-up truck, 5.3m long. Good value for money. The bedroom seemed a little tired, and could do with a bit of a refresh.

The pool and surrounding area is very pretty and clean. Some of the rooms are bright and spacious with two beds but some are a little smaller and there’s also some with no aircon so be sure to request this when you book. Breakfast is typical French fair which is absolutely perfect @€9.50. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. It’s conveniently located next to train station and is about 15 minutes walk to town centre.

If you like to stay near a train station, great, but it is a 20 minute walk, and I'm pretty fit, to the outskirts of the main areas, the riverside, the carousel, the Hennessey tour etc. The breakfast at €9.50 is ok to be fair. The manageress is friendly and, unlike my French, has good English The air-conditioning in room 8, where we were, had a mind of it's own and would go on and off at will. Impossible to sleep with it. The bed was good, and it was very clean and tidy. No hanging space for clothes might be an issue for some.

Quiet even though next to railway station. Secure parking. Clean. Room 29 - enormous bathroom with walk-in shower. The front of house lady was very helpful and accommodating. Centre of town and restaurants are about a 15 minute walk (or 5 minute drive). Room 29 - unlike other rooms no air conditioning just stand alone fan which didn’t perform very well. Pillows - only two small ones.
