The breakfast was good and the staff was super friendly… Sandrine, Lucie, and Aileen were attentive and very helpful. The location of the Hotel was perfect for exactly what I wanted to do which was explore the Cognac distilleries and this Hotel provided a very good location to enjoy Remy Martin, Hennessy , Dulce, and Martell all within walking distance…. And the room was very spacious, cozy, and very clean. Nothing could have been better, this place was perfect

Centralized and close to a lot of things Room was cold even with heater on but that’s from the non-carpeted floors radiating the cold

As a very reasonably priced, centrally located three star Accor hotel, the Ibis met all our needs. The dog was welcome, there was an elevator and air conditioning, and restaurants and pastry shops were convenient. Plus Nespresso machines in the rooms. Parking was easy. We liked everything.
