Exquisite property and amazing facilities. Staff was exceptional and when we were unable to catch an uber or cab for a train, the manager personally drove us which proves how much they value service for their guest. Only wish I stayed longer!

The room was very comfortable. Great bed and amazing shower. The SPA is very clean and not noisy with kids "jumping around". Great breakfast and dinner.

We were impressed with the room. The service was good and the hotels restaurant very good. We were not impressed by the breakfast service was mediocre. Food presentation was mediocre on the dining room and impressive.

Probably the most beautiful hotel room I have stayed in in years. Everything from the furniture to the decor was of the highest quality. The brasserie restaurant needs to be a close second to the excellent Les Foudres standard.

I asked the hotel to help me to reserve the Hennessy tour one month ago, but they didn't book for me. I booked the room with two breakfasts, but I can't find it on my bookings and email they sent to me. I didn't take a screenshot when I booked. The same thing has happened once before in booking.com.The breakfast is €35 for one person, it's so expensive but nothing to eat, only five kinds of hot food.

Close to all the Cognac houses. Restaurants, pool, sauna, jacuzzi - everything at a very high level

Didn't have breakfast. Used the restaurant on a couple of occasions .food was fabulous service outstanding. Would have liked to have had an afternoon tea .small sandwiches cake .or a light snack.

Very attractive hotel, lovely staff. Ok so Booking.com booked us into a hotel that was closed for a private function. So no restaurant no bar and no SPA. The staff put a car at our disposal and arranged alternatives for us. Great

The room was spacious and the staff wonderful.

The terrace was neglected, full of weeds. It would be better with the same tile look and stile as the entrance pathway.
