Zero soundproofing and too much noise from other guests. Didn't like walking into a dark entryway at night off the street.

Location and staff We have a service dog and subsequently, we believe, that is the reason the put us in a separate disconnected building on the other side of the parking garage which had three rooms, nothing else. Disappointing. In addition it was grungy and tired. The staff was very sweet!

The beds were super comfortable, the place was very clean and the breakfast was fantastic. They can’t do anything about it but the size of the bathroom was very small and cumbersome te get around, but it was very clean and the water pressure was excellent

The room was small but had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. At night there were people partying outside our window in the street that woke us up. Fortunately the hotel staff got them to move elsewhere away from sleeping guests.

breakfast was good. location good original room they assigned to us across the street was horrible. After fussing, They moved us back across the street to a good room.
