The managers were so kind, helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to make sure we had a great time including personally driving us when no taxi was available. The room was much nicer than a lot of the top hotels we have stayed at and the breakfast was delicious. We were disappointed that we weren't staying longer. Nothing

This is a hidden gem, booked this hotel as we were attending a wedding and was not disapointed, place was spotless, bed was comfortable, breakfast was excellent, staff went above and beyond, we had missed the coach pick up for the 2nd day of the wedding celebrations and could not get a taxi on a Sunday and Aurore's husband went out of his way and drove us to the venue, we can not thank him enough! Anyone visiting Cognac should check this hotel out! There was nothing we did not like about this hotel

Breakfast was limited. But what was provided was good. Breakfast a little more choice.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and perfectly adequate. Despite being near the centre of town, the room was quiet. Everything worked! Opportunity to take a lift if I had wanted or needed it. The stairs were a bit dark (if that's my only gripe it shows how much I liked the place!).
