The location was very good for walking around Cognac and it was also good for driving to other areas for visiting cognac houses in the surrounding area. The breakfast was way overpriced for the quality of the food. Our coffee was never hot (tepid at best). We'd definitely stay somewhere else if we ever returned to Cognac.

All 3 concierge were fantastic, super polite, and more than beyond helpful and patient. The room was super spacious and had the best AC we had the whole entire trip. The pool was small but well designed and perfect for my kids. I have absolutely nothing to complain about with the hotel.

A lovely combination of old and new. A perfect central location. On premises garage was spacious. Double pain glass kept most of the outside noise at bay. Reliable elevator. Had difficulty controlling the room temperature; although the hotel did resolve the problem.

Great location but very noisy. Nice rooms. Poor bathroom amenities. No shampoo. Parking system needs to be more automated. Rooms were too hot.

Beautiful location and parking at he hotel was excellent and secure. We booked a deluxe room and it was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at checking in and out was exceptionally friendly and kind!! Nothing - all was great!

It is a bit difficult to navigate in the parking garage. Space between the two rows of cars is narrow, making it difficult to back out of a parking space when it is full.

Amazing location, good parking facilities and the staff were very helpful Room could’ve been a bit cleaner, there were old cobwebs in the bottom corners under the bed

Nice receptionists. Hotel was clean throughout. Rich and tasty breakfast with friendly waiting staff. Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Hotel is underrated at 9.1 on Booking.com per my opinion. It is an old historic building located at center of Cognac. I would rate it at 9.9 in consideration of old carpet although it is clean.

Such a lovely hotel with a lovely view over roof tops from our room. Very comfortable and a delicious breakfast . Easy parking in ground level car park .

Location, room, breakfast, bar Taxi that was arranged did not pick us up and we had to walk 20 minutes with luggage to the train station at 5:45 am in the dark.

Great central location, had bike on top of car but hotel parking was easy, upgraded & room was brilliant, breakfast was delightful. Only downside was air conditioning didn't work.
