Room was clean when I arrived however they only offer room cleaning every 3 days , staff was fine , no issues. Breakfast was so-so , fruit looked old and very un-appetizing , no milk for cereal for 2 days , pictures didnt reflect actual experience otherwise breakfast was adequate.

The location was good. Staff were very nice. The room was very old and run down. Milder covered the ceiling in the bathroom (no fan). AC. Made all my clothes in suitcase damp.

Good location. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Second stay, and still quite pleased with the hotel.

Clean room very large room

There wsas water under the air conditioning. There was a chair that either needed to be steam cleaning or replaced.

Bad

Nothing Room was dirty, pull out couch didnt have any sheets for us to put on. The mattress was stained with brown and black stains on the bottom. There was one worker doing everything. We couldn't find him when we were checking out.

of my luggage to check out when I saw a sign at the door that it was broken, I was on the 3rd floor. It would have been nice given I’m a heart patient to have had the option to stay there if they had no ground floor rooms given the only elevator was broken. There again was also no one there at the desk to help me check out. I’ve stayed with you try inn and suites in the past without issue. I will never stay with you again.

Great location. Large rooms. Helpful, caring staff. Clean room. Breakfast choices were decent. Refrigerator didn't work in the room. Paint peeling in places inside the room. Room needed updating and maintenance. Exercise room equipment is of poor quality. Facilty is old and in need of maintenance and upgrades. We were given a first floor room. It was across from the pool and facing the parking lot. Clearly an undesirable location. The hotel was not full. A staff member told me they typically give this room to 3rd party booking services like Booking.com.

Location , clearness, and the size of rooms are big. I liked that I could walk to places, shops etc. Staff need to smile when welcoming people . I don’t hear any one telling me “welcome “

The proerty is just a little tired-looking. I did feel safe here though, and it was convenient to my business for this trip. The staff is super nice and helpful, so this is not a disaster. I have been in better properties in the Country Inn and Suites brand, so I was a little disappointed. However, this was a last minute scheduled trip on a budget, so it sufficed.

The room was great! Beds were comfortable but the sofa bed was not - but hey, it's a sofa bed - most of them are uncomfortable anyway! Great location

The room was very spacious which was really nice! Location was good too. The price was wonderful considering our big room! We had two queen beds AND a pull out couch so each of us adults had our own bed! Again I can't get over how nice and SPACIOUS the room size was! The overall indoor decor and upkeep of the facility really REALLY could use some attention. It's just very outdated, the size of the room is fantastic, but it really needs an upgrade, a facelift. Bathrooms had no towel racks and again just outdated. Give it some much needed TLC and this hotel could be an even better place to stay for value!!
