I used bath mat to slide along floor in my bare feet. Turned it brown, so maybe floor not totally clean?

We were just there for an overnight stay. Checking in was easy, breakfast was well maintained, front desk was accommodating.

Spend three nights here. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was toast, bagels, cereal. They did have a pancake machine. Overall good stay.
-
The room was clean. The hotel is pet friendly but does not have any easily accessible grassy areas for dogs. Breakfast is VERY limited.

What a byhotel and a great location near Ruby Falls , Rock City and Lookout Mountain

This hotel had 3 floors but no elevator. We like to stay on the top floor if there are rooms available, but that wasn't going to happen without an elevator. We found a couple dead bugs (not roaches) in the room. With cars parked right outside our door, I thought we wouldn't get any sleep with car doors and people yacking while walking to their rooms. But we both slept well. The beds were firm but comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was minimal. The room was like a galley with an entrance and exit and if there were 2 or 3 people in there, you just had to wait for them to leave. The room design for the breakfast area was poor. For what we paid, we would not recommend.

This place is fine for one night but definitely not for an extended stay. While the room mostly appeared clean, I found a dead wasp near the sink and a used washcloth hanging from the shower rod. The hairdryer and phone also did not work. When I brought these issues up to the front desk and asked for a late checkout in return, I was told “there’s nothing we can do”. Note that ground floor rooms are right by the parking lot and can be noisy because of that.

It was very difficult to locate. The room was clean though and staff was polite

Older hotel that has been remodeled. Not worth $200 a night that I paid. Breakfast was nothing to brag about.

Superb

This is a dog friendly hotel, with no grounds or walking area for pets. Additionally, there are no amenities - restaurants, gas stations - near the hotel.

The photos have nothing to do with reality. The rooms are extremely small, old, and there is not an ounce of anything “modern” about them. The bathroom is unbelievably tiny, there’s barely room to turn around. The sink was clogged, and worse, clogged with disgusting hair. The second we saw it we nearly threw up. The room smelled bad. The “pool” they put in the photos to lure people in is just a small round pit. You technically can’t even call it a pool. The stairwells are full of spiderwebs and dead bugs. The worst part is the noise. The entire highway pours straight into the room. In the middle of the night you can wake up to a truck blasting its horn or an engine roaring past. I fell for the photos and booked it because it was cheap. Big mistake. Pay 20-30 dollars more and stay somewhere decent, somewhere fit for human beings. This place isn’t worth a single night.

Just terrible. Did another review and the hotel just denied everything. Unfortunately, I had no pictures to prove my claim.
