Room musty smell & light plus electrical outlet by the bed were not working but bed was comfortable.

The room was clean for the most part, a few hairs here and there, but overall it did not feel gross and dirty. I arrived to check in after 10 PM and had to wait for 10 minutes for a front desk person. I know they were working solo, but I was also exhausted and it was a long time to wait! When I was checking out, there was someone at the front desk waiting for help for a long time as well! When I finally got to my room late at night and tired, my room key did not work as well. Just a little bit of a frustrating check-in experience! I was a solo female traveler though, and felt safe!

Property beginning to show some signs of wear, but was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast per Holiday Inn Express usual. Still a good place to stop at this location.

It was way too hot and humid in the room for me. Walked in and seen a huge dehumidifier in the middle of the floor. Was not aware of it and was highly disappointed with the temperature. There was also black marks in the shower leading me to believe it wasn’t cleaned properly.

Cracker Barrel just a short walk. Beds comfortable and shower was nice and hot.

Unfortunately, the room we booked on Hotels.com was unavailable when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel provided an alternative we agreed to, because we had not other option. After the booking issue, we had to change our rooms two additional times. The manager met us at the first room with keys to a new room for an unknown reason. The AC unit had been leaking water in the second room. We finally got into our third new room. It was clean, quiet and dry.
