Hard pressed to find anything. They had excellent coffee machine in the bedroom, only lacked a creamer if you wanted milk in your coffee.

Perfect in every way. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone greets you at all times of the day. The food is exceptional from breakfast to dinner. We had a pool suite which was luxurious. We loved having our own private pool! The facility is extremely relaxing and quiet. I will plan to stay at another Anantara someday! It would be great if the pool jets pumped out hot water to turn the pool into a jacuzzi!

It was a great accommodation for us. We stayed 5 nights with my wife and 10 months old baby in room with pool. Room was very comfortable, staff was very very friendly. Food was delicious with reasonable price. Sea was not very deep. Normally its a negative thing but for it was positive because it was very easy to swim with our baby. We were there in low season but there was no rain, so we were lucky i guess. I strongly recommend the hotel. Pool in common area was too warm. Weather is hot already, its not refreshing to swim. They might consider to put big ice cubes into pool to cool it down little bit. Thats what some hotels do.

המים בבריכה בחדר קצת קרים אבל זה מתאזן עם החום בחוץ. האוכל בארוחת הבוקר מגוון מאוד ,טעים ,טרי ובשפע. הבריכה החיצונית נפלאה, טיפה מחוממת מה שגורם להרגעות ולהיות בה רוב היום. החוף ממש נחמד. יש מיטות שיזוף ואפשר לצאת לשייט בסירה. המעברים בריזורט באמצעות באגי. צוות המלון תמיד מוכן לבוא לקחת ולהחזיר. אבל מה שהכי טוב במלון זה הצוות! הוא עושה הכל כדי האורח יהנה ! ריזורט מושלם. היה מושלם

We did not mind as the pool was great and looking out at the ocean was picture perfect, but if you want a place you can swim in the ocean right from your resort beach I would look at other places on the island. The water is shallow in mucky. If your like us and just want a good view this place is perfect.

The location was amazing! Close to ChaWeng. The property has a beautiful beach. The restaurants and food are amazing.

The stuff is very kind and help with everything we needed. Hotel is very quiet and you don’t feel the rush of Koh Samui but still close to central chaweng street.

Beautiful hotel with nice staff.the pool villa is amazing! Breakfast is very good The golf cart service is really good too! We were with a baby in a pool villa which was far from the beach,pool and breakfast so we had to use the golf cart service every time but it worked well so it wasn’t bad. Also, especially to those with a baby.. the pool villa maybe has a disadvantage of light that comes in from the bathroom

The beach. Service was disappointing. Breakfast options were very limited and not what one expects for a 5 star property. The penny pinching was very evident.

I did not make it to the trip due to a health emergency. I communicated this to the hotel at least 3 weeks before the trip which I know it was one day after the free cancellation. The hotel asked for all documents related to the emergency which I provided just to get a response later that you cancelled after the fee cancellation period which I knew. I was hoping the hotel Managment understand the situation and be able to make the room available for other guests instead of insisting to keep the booking and charge me the full amount.

The breakfast was very good, and the private beach and pool area was beautiful. The room facilities didn't work, we had problem with the toilet and the jacuzzi didn't work. We felt no privacy, the staff entered to our room twice a day without us knowing about it. Also the location wasn't that good. Honestly it felt overpriced.

We were 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was very small and not convenient . The light was very dark in the kids room unable them to enjoy the room

Incredible location, the hotel was beautifully located in a jungle, secluded and beautiful beach and the decoration of rooms was impeccable. The staff were really nice too.

The pool, beach, and dining room were close together, making it very convenient to use them. Great breakfast. Most of the staff members were nice. The room was not clean and not well maintained. Our first room was full of ants, and the water didn’t drain properly from the shower and the basin. We requested to move to another room, and the second one was relatively clean and better maintained. The original room setup was not suitable for our stay with a two-year-old baby — the espresso machine and water kettle were placed on a low table, allowing our baby to reach them and risk getting burned. In the second room, the staff changed the setup to make it safer. There is a constant, light but unpleasant smell of sewage in the pool area. The restaurant next to the pool is not recommended for dinner.

We have picked Anantara Lawana as our final hotel in Koh Samui as we wanted to explore the places such as Fisherman's village and other cafes around. From the moment when we alighted, we were greeted by the wonderful staffs, followed by a ritual with hitting the entrance gong 3 times which symbolizes good fortune and luck! A wonderful welcome drink and minty wipes which refreshes us just before the check-in process! My partner and I have selected the Anantara Pool Suite which is truly amazing and had a small private pool for us to relax in. We also had a lot of privacy in the room which exactly is what we wanted! Not to forget, a great selection of places for us to dine in for dinner which we have selected Cay Restaurant and a vast variety of food available for the breakfast buffet! Unfortunately, we have only stayed there for a night and we really appreciate the staffs help for rescheduling our check out time to 2pm as our flight to Singapore is at 4.30pm. A BIG thank you to all the staffs for the wonderful hospitality towards us and we will definitely stay in the other Anantara hotels in the future! We were only there for a night, hence we didn't get to use all the facilities in the hotel, such as the gym, beach and spa. Although the rooms were a little far, but we are generally okay to walk from the lobby and also to the restaurants from our rooms. I do understand that there is a buggy service, but we have not used it so as not to cause any inconvenience and to give it to those in need. We felt that the beds were a little too stiff and the existing pillows were too soft, but i realized that we can order different pillows after we saw the cube with the QR code. Nonetheless, we really love the hotel for this wonderful 1 night stay!
