Amazing location. On the beach and close to night life without all the noise. Loved the gardens and tranquil atmosphere.

Really great location for Chaweng, right next to many bars and restaurants, but in a quiet back street. Their beach is fantastic. Above all, the sweet lady who runs the place is a true diamond, and all the staff people are lovely. Bonus if you work remotely as they have a work table enough for two. I'd say the restaurant's food is not the best, but I did eat there almost every day cause it's on the beach.

Location and on site restaurant Asked for double bed, got two singles pushed together so beds split when moving, also there were windows/slats which diddnt allow the room to become dark at night, staff were ok var one old woman who was rude

Location Owner and head waitress extremely rude. It was a dump. No service provided. Frequently tried to take money and short change you.

I liked to relax on the beach beds. The manager/owner.

A great location right on the beach with the restaurant on beachfront. Good value for money, with reasonably comfortable bungalows. Great for breakfast in the morning to start the day. Be aware beds are comfortable but very firm. Very handy to the main town centre but also away from the traffic and nighttime noise. I was in an adjoining bungalow and voices were quite obvious from next door. Ask for a standalone bungalow if you intend to book. A pool would have been a bonus - but then you would be paying more.

Great location

I think the top managers on duty ( older curly is hair lady, and a mid-aged man ) were very nice and helpful as most of other personal. The only thing which I did not appreciate was an older lady working at the restaurant. She was trying to make extra money in quite rude way. Whether by trying to charge extra for some changes in a meal, when earlier agreed no extra charge . Or even worse she tried to charge me half day fee for a late check out, when the main manager ( older women) said its ok to stay until 1 pm without paying

Loved the location - especially being on the beach. The room was comfortable - nothing amazing. Decent size room. Lacked cleanliness. Neither were the sheets changed in 3 days nor was the room cleaned at all. The hostess and staff were very polite, but, need to pay more attention to guest's needs. What was disappointing was that there was no coffee or tea in the rooms. One could get an electric kettle if one asked for it. We still had to buy our tea and coffee from a local 7 eleven store. I have got tea and coffee in hotels in Chaweng which were half the room price of OP Bungalow. Even drinking water was only put in our room on the first day, never replaced or replenished.

Exceptional

Second time in this place. Far enough from the beats of Green Mango to be nice and quiet in the night, but close enough to the center of Chaweng to walk. Stayed in the bigger bungallow close to the beach - very comfy, no issues. Personally I really like the garden - it is very lush and neat - you just feel that you are in paradise. Which you are :-D.
