hotel design is wow perfect central location on chaweng for shops etc.. great food in the restaurant. no electronic cards so if you loose one key they replace the whole system and charge you around 100$

Maintenance of the hotel could be better. Specially the air conditioners , although i reported an issue in the jim several times it havnt been fixed. We also had similar issue with our room that has been resolved with switching rooms.

Staff were amazing, friendly and always willing to assist when asked, it dose need some more upkeep - but overall an amazing stay. I had to cut my trip short a day due to flight changes (Middle East conflict) however when I tried to change my booking for one day less - I was told I needed to pay more, so I just left a day early.

The staff's willingness to handle and immediately resolve any request and need. The concept and cleanliness of the public areas. The breakfast and its variety. The bedrooms, and especially the bed access to it, are not comfortable for all ages& danger at night. The softness of the mattress does not allow for good quality sleep. There is noise until the wee hours of the morning from music nearby. Jacuzzi with cold water! Chairs in the living room without pillows. These things should be paid attention to in order to make the stay perfect.

The place is really amazing, great location, tasty food and big rooms. Everything is new and well designed. I loved it. Mosquitoes- almost impossible to sit on the balcony, there were dozens of them. Same in the room- we were constantly on a hunt ? We’ve stayed in other places on the island that managed the problem better and it wasn’t notable as it was here. The hotel does provide mosquito spray for the body, but it wasn’t enough.

1. The hospitality service is absolutely superb. Every day complimentary items, tornado cleaners, staff are very friendly and kind. 2. The hotel book/library-like designs are noticeable everywhere in the surrounding. I loved it. Smart designer. The secret pool vila is huge. It has everything inside. And is absolutely beautiful. 3. Breakfast is also amazing. 4. Super large villa potentially very spoiling and amazing. Room & room maintenance: Pool: the water is cold and not even warm hence, we couldn't use the pool. Our room problems were: Jacuzzi: didn't have hot water at night, we complained two nights in a row. couldn't solve. Shower heads: When we entered the room we noticed the bathroom with two shower heads so tried showering together. Alas, both shower heads were flawed- one leaking severely, the other not flowing water inky dripping. They only fixed the leaking one, but we didn't complain again. And they didn't ask if problem was solved. The doorbell system: was beeping constantly so they disabled it the first day. LED controller was without batteries. They replaced batteries on the first night. Missing curtains on the desks zone windows or missing a door to the bedroom leads to light entering the room in the morning. Quite zone and pool are not quite. Kids play and make noice. We complained twice but so they did nothing with it. The employe near the pool didn't comment the kids and didn't do nothing. Major key Drawback- The key is a major hassle because they give you a card to enter the suites area and then you also have a physical key for the room. They bunch it with another leather casing so you need to carry a big pack instead of just a room-card in your wallet.

The rooms are very big and clean The beach and pools are great Do not have any facilities or attractions for kids ( simple ping pong or billiard table would have done it) The breakfast is ala carte only : not convenient and takes longer time. I would add buffet for certain things and order others

Jacuzzi was bad, need maintenance more than once

The breakfast was good The hotel had various issues, starting with the room itself. The flooring, walls, and ceilings were all stark white, creating a sterile and uninspired atmosphere. The floor was particularly problematic—it was extremely slippery and, combined with the humidity, often wet and dangerous to walk on. There were several functional shortcomings as well. The bed was missing a bedside table on one side, and the staircase leading up to the room was poorly designed. The steps were not deep enough, causing your shoes to catch the back edge as you climbed. For a supposedly modern hotel, the TV was surprisingly small, and the lighting controls were rudimentary. None of the touchpads meant to control the lighting actually worked as intended—only basic on/off functionality was available, with no option to dim or adjust brightness. There were also no reading lamps or bedside lights, which made the room feel even more incomplete. Humidity was another major issue. There was no dehumidifier in the room, resulting in an extremely damp environment. Even our reading books and passports became warped due to the moisture. The room lacked any sense of design—there were no paintings, rugs, or decorative elements of any kind. While there was a raised platform for the bed and sitting area, the step up was unusually high and, when combined with the slippery floor, quite dangerous. The bathroom was also underwhelming—very basic, poorly maintained, and with no natural light. Even the espresso machine failed to meet expectations, as it used off-brand pods rather than the original Nespresso ones. Overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained and lacked the attention to detail expected at this level. It was both functionally and aesthetically disappointing.

The hotel is located centrally in Chaweng. The room is clean and has a minimalistic style. Bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was superb. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is very expensive however for the area and I feel this lets it down.

Very mean people at reception desk and location in tge middle of all the beach clubs and bars
