Very good location. We took the ground floor rooms .. very clean and good rooms. The hotel is very quit and clean.

When the slogan says “we smile” they really mean it. The entire property is lovely and the staff are exceptional in every way. They were so friendly, helpful, genuinely gracious. The pool is gorgeous. The beach chairs are great and accessible to the bar. It’s quiet and you can hear the waves. They keep the grounds groomed. The breakfast was exceptional. Delicious fresh fruits and many options including fresh eggs. Walking the beach to other areas and beachfront bars was easy, but many had really loud music, so Baan Samui was perfect. Nothing

Location is great, on the beach, close to shops and entertainment, but not close enough to be disturbed by it. Hotel is lovely, with well appointed rooms, nice decor and good facilities Beach bar/restaurant staff could be encouraged to improve customer service

Great pool, quiet end of town. People were reserving sun beds with towels before actually coming to use them. Hotel should have a policy where no reservation of sun beds is permitted. Also in the deluxe rooms the walkways were right outside your room door hence very noisy. Probably wouldn’t stay again. Better places for better value.

The breakfast was very good quality,good European choices,any type of eggs cooked fresh to order,quality coffee, and the staff very attentive. Nice room,pleasant environment, good pool leading to lovely beach.

Great decor, location, pool and comfortable rooms. No happy hour and the drinks were ridiculously expensive. 180 baht for a small beer and 120 baht for a soda made it by far the most expensive of the hotels I’ve stayed in. We didn’t order any drinks at the hotel whereas we would normal have a few most days.

Went rogue on a trip to the Island and decided to stay, looked at a few places and found this, one room left. Delightful small hotel. Lovely pool, beach beautiful, next to the pool. Perfectly located on the Main Street but at the quieter end. Perfect for all types of guests. We came as a couple, would happily bring the children. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, didn’t want to leave. Really good value for money. Rooms not big if that’s on your list, very nice though.
