Dara Samui Beach Resort - Adults Only

Absolutely everything was good. The staff, the room and the facility itself, the location and the breakfast and restaurant/bar. Would definitely come back.

The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always welcoming with a smile. The hotel is in a fantastic location right on the most popular street, yet it remains surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Our room was absolutely beautiful. Loved it so much! Thank you for the wonderful upgrade, which made our stay even more special <3 The beach directly in front of the hotel was stunning, with crystal-clear, clean water and breathtaking views. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and if I have another chance to visit Koh Samui, this will be my place to stay! We need to check out of this wonderful place :(

The location is just perfect! The amenity the beach are amazing! The rooms are quite old, but convenient tbh.

The breakfast was amazing and was my favourite time of the day (incredible selection and delicious options!), beautiful beachside pool area, friendly and helpful staff, spacious bathroom; ample room for personal belongings. Great central location - close to shops, dining and massage options! Bedroom area was a bit small (for sharing with another person, two single beds); didn't make use of the balcony as a sitting area- no view and many mosquitos (but i wouldn't call this a "dislike" necessarily; I suppose it is good for smokers, but I'm not a smoker). Beach directly in front of hotel is far too warm to enjoy, unless you're wanting a "hot tub" (the water is blocked off/trapped by a ridge); that was disappointing and unexpected (maybe this changes with the tide?) - I never went into the ocean to "cool off", but instead used the pool (which was enjoyable!). You just need to walk about 10 minutes down the beach for crystal clear waters, soft sand, and perfect temperature water!

An absolutely beautiful stay at Dara. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is soo nice, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent every day, pool bar all day serving nice cocktails is all you need for a perfect stay. I would definitely return to Dara

Nothing It needs a complete remodel. The room was not clean, the mattress was worn out and uncomfortable. We stayed one night of our four night reservation and did not receive a refund. It reminded me of a rundown Motel 6

When I ask for assistance with suubed the lady who was in the pool bar didn’t pay attention to me request and made me feel uncomfortable and her attitude made me also feel disrespectful.

Small oasis on Samui. Loved everything about it. Comfortable beds, great showers, amazing attentive staff, wonderful breakfast, great location. Can’t think of a thing.

Limited sunbeds

Beautiful resort and rooms. Comfortable bed, bathroom. Nice pool and view. Good bar and great staff.

The pool is quite small but beautiful, with a little private beach area that’s perfectly fine for relaxing. However, it’s worth noting that there aren’t many pool chairs or sunbeds available, so at busy times you might not find a free spot. One day there were no pool towels for about an hour, so just keep in mind that the facilities don’t always fully meet the number of guests. There were also a few days when the party noise was quite loud, but that only happened occasionally. Other than that, the hotel was lovely overall, and the staff were truly amazing

Beautiful. Serene. Luxurious room The bathroom - the toilet should have a door and there was a lot of potential for falling : there are slight steps down to the toilet - there should be markings to step down so you don’t trip or fall. Or ot should be flat (better). I would also have liked a hand held option in the shower. The pool was also pretty small

Everything was excellent at this hotel. Close to the water excellent location in the city and most of all your friendly professional staff!! Especially your professional ladies in the reception area at the front desk. Very nice and courteous as well as professional!! I recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone!!

Lovely clean hotel with a great breakfast and a perfect location, everything from spas and massages to bars, restaurants, and the shopping center is just a short walk away. The beach was spotless with plenty of sunbeds, and service was fast and helpful. The adults-only vibe made it extra calm and relaxing. The only small downside was the hairdryer being a bit too small for long hair.

Have stayed at Dara Samui many times before. Lovely room (sea view villa). Friendly staff as ever There were nowhere enough sun beds for the number of guests and so many selfish people were reserving beds early with the staff doing nothing to enforce the 'no reserving' rule. There was refurbishing work taking place in a room two door down from me which went on all day. It was supposed to finish at 4pm but always went on later. Not the hotel's fault, but noise from a nearby bar / club could be heard till 3am and was disrupted for sleeping.

Have good time here. The location is fine, near to the central. The only thing is the beach in the front of the hotel is

I loved the Thai decor, the location on the beach and the food. The late check out with the shower was nice.
