Location is good, the beach is nice.. On 22 June from 09:00 till 19:25pm the power (electricity) was off.. it is not the fault of hotel, but we didn’t receive any notification in my booking, perhaps I would change dates of my trip.. which I did and shortened my stay for 1 day as after 4 days power was off again.. with this heat i couldn’t stay more there.. regarding property I didn’t like the breakfast options, also the male staff in restaurant are always unhappy faces, don’t greet you, don’t say a word.. which is very unusual in Thailand.. also upon arrival I have to pay extra 500 baht for each day for the upgrade of room with full day of no electricity..

Location to the beach was a short walk. At the time, beverages were available from a bar also a short distance away. Nice view of the beach and very good place to have brunch in the morning that came with the room price. The cottages were sufficient, not luxurious. Don't expect water views but the pathway they are in fairly well manicured. this property has been there a long time but still is not a 'known' location for transit drivers. It is a little tucked away on the main road but does have a medium sized sign that I think needs some help. Even locals while trying to be helpful had only a small clue of where the property was. .

The location is fantastic, right on Chaweng's busiest street. It's directly on the beach with plenty of sun loungers and deck chairs. There's also a restaurant and a bar – everything you could need. Even though it's right in the heart of Chaweng, it's not noisy at night. I really enjoyed my stay, and the receptionist was very friendly; she even gave me a fresh mango straight from the tree when I left. Also no problem with renting a scooter. The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel is located on a one-way street. So if you're traveling by scooter, you have to take a long detour to get back (because of the one-way street), and there's a lot of traffic there in the evenings.

Nice green hidden gem. Our room was steps away from the beach. Sun loungers was tide up therefore you could not move. It was too close one to each other therefore felt uncomfortable ,,sitting,lying “ to closely with strangers.

Just perfect.So green and i love that.The deluxe villa is in the middle of that green area like a jungle and the breakfast was delicious

Great spot in the heart of Chewang! Rooms are clean, comfy beds, right on the beach and the staff are lovely! Great beach to walk in the mornings or swim! Close to everything you could need! No beaches loungers just regular sitting chairs

Chaweng main road is pretty busy with way too much tourists but that has nothing to do with the Resort. It was quite nice to have a quiet escape from all the street noise there :)

Just next to the most beautiful beach in Koh Samui.. room is so big and clean.. the food at restaurants is supper yummy and delicious.. staffs are very helpful and polite Very worth for money Nothing much

Location is superb - right in the middle of Chaweng - able to walk almost anywhere. Excellent housekeeping staff. The few things that we requested appeared within minutes. Restaurant staff was friendly and food was better than expected. Front desk answered all of our questions! We will be back next year!
