Our air con stopped three nights in a row in the middle of the night and power outage before they finally moved us to a better room.
-
The proximity to the beach. The private pool suite we stayed at last 4 nights. Peace and quiet. Proximity to Chaweng. The 2 story room we stayed at 3 nights. ( a bit claustrophobic and no sea view). TVs. Either old "dumb" TVs or TCL smart TVs with issues 2 TVs blocked each other's remote control so we couldn't use both)
-
The resort is a bit outdated, located at the end of the chaweng, and the beach is not welcoming at all
-
We had a 2 BR vila which was great!!! The staff was not so friendly compared to other resorts and breakfast was very basic
-
Clean, good food and very nice staff
-
Great location with excellent facilities Must have the sensational buffeet breakfast! Easy walk to beach and reastaurants and bars of Chaweng Beach
-
The breakfast was meh but it is ok

Tommy - The best guy i met in Thailand. I will come back just because this man is the friendliest and most helpful human being i have met in my life. Breakfast was poor. The bathroom in the villa was actually open to air. i played music thinking no one can hear but the whole hotel was echoing.

The location and the cleanliness. The staff was very good. The in room service was also good. The pricing is also fair. Need to have more modern amenities in the resort. The restaurant needs to have wide menu similar to the neighbouring restaurant Olivio and the nearby shack. Room was good but it is outdated which needs to improve and renovated. The most BAD part was the restaurant which was completely open which should be air conditioned. Also need to improve the menu offerings especially in breakfast. They served the same food for all my stay of 3 days. There needs to be different everyday so guests staying there shall not forced to eat same breakfast everyday. The vegetarian menu should also be expanded especially when lot of Indian family is visitign your resort. Overall the food was the worst thing I have experienced.

Close to the beach and restaurants

We enjoyed the varied breakfast - loved the coffee. Good view to the sea and the friendly & helpful staff, especially Sak & Laila . There were restaurants & shops within walking distance of the resort. The plunge pool at our room was a bonus. The smell of seaweed washed up on the beach next to the resort. Many mosquitos - a suggestion to the resort to put wire mesh over the bathroom window. Hard mattress and noise from room above us at night.

We had an excellent stay at the Briza Beach Resort! We booked a double room with a plunge pool. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was great, the resort is well-managed and taken care of. The plunge pool with small kids is actually a great choice. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff was so kind and helpful, they always played with the kids. We'd definitely go back to the Briza!

Nice feel to the resort. The pool and staff were excellent. Breakfast was great We found beds very uncomfortable (hard). We felt the water front needed something… to make it more appealing.
-
The hotel is on the beach but the hotel does not have its own beach. You can go down to the beach from the hotel but the hotel does not have a beach.
-
Only issue was the tide was very high during our stay, some said because of full moon, so beach was non existent and not even possible to walk the beach from hotel most of the day. Had to go up to road, over and down through hotel.
-
Swimming pool, Electricity was cut off for 4 hrs no lights, no ac for 4hrs. There was no electricity backup for non of the villa.
-
The staff are all very kind and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and we had a plunge pool on our deck.
-
The room view was not good. Not clean, the floor always dirty. Tv is like from the 80’. I will not come again unfortunately
-
The location too quiet

Our room was excellent. Staff were absolutely fantastic and really upped my score. Breakast was really good. An ok gym is also available. The beach is non existent and its very dangerous in my opinion to get down the brick steps on the left hand side into the sea as they are all covered in green slime. The other side, the steps are very rusty and theres a sharp metal bit sticking up out of the sand which when the tide is high, is very hard to see. There are no warning signs or lifeguard on duty. There are sunbeds available but they are all in the shade almost all of the day. Very disappointing as we were there to relax in the sun and also be able to go for a swim. The swimming pool was no use to us either. Very small, very few sunbeds but its position is set halfway up the property, and nowhere near the beach. again very disappointing. Every Monday they do a meal which includes fire show and music. The food was very bland and very expensive. I told them but we were offered nothing except that the guy serving told me to write it on the bill so the management would see it.
