Convenient location Not the cleanest, arrived at 11pm and said room was not ready, pancake machine was down

Just passing through before flight home. Good location across the street from airport.

Friendly stuff and nice room. Very close to airport and easy to use shuttle.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was accommodating. The breakfast smelled really good, but I’m not a breakfast person, so I didn’t eat breakfast, but everybody I saw eating wasn’t complaining.

Overall great!! Couldnt even hear the airplanes coming and going.

The room was big and clean but the TV remote is really hard to figure out. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. The free breakfast may have been good but things were constantly run out of everyday unless you get up and go eat at 6:30am. Wherever the items for breakfast come from the delivery is horrendous because items were constantly not there or a very limited quantity. The kitchen staff should be commended for dealing with everything as they do. Either change who your supplier is for your food or do away with the free breakfast all together. I chose this hotel and paid the extra $$ because they had a free breakfast but I ended going out everyday after the first day.

Don’t bother. Way too expensive for how dirty it was. Had to change rooms multiple times due to blood on the bed spread, then crumbs and trash on the floor in the next room.

We came for breakfast at 9.30am. That time food is not more. We asked the staffs. One lady she is very rude and she didn’t give the foods. Don’t like her activity.

Rooms are full renovated. Very clean and nice washroom. Need some work on breakfast area.its very nice / clean but bit tight & small

Carpet in room was filthy. Shower was slimy, breakfast was not edible. Will never stay here again

The room was not clean. The shower looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Staff was very loud working in the hallways...phones ringing, yelling, slamming doors.

The front staff was super nice, however, the first room we went into, had hair on pillowcases and sheets, and hadn’t look like it had been vacuumed really at all. Couple stains on the pillowcases. Front staff moved us to another room, and the manager went and checked the room first. Second room was definitely cleaner and looked like it had been vacuumed, but still could tell the sheets hadn’t been changed out or anything because they were still some more hairs and stuff underneath. The pool was nice, except for some wads of hair and other stuff around outside the pool deck.

Five Nights stay picked for connivence and price. Automated shades did not work. Room was dark the whole time. Ran out of breakfast foods each morning. Staff was not helpful.
