Staff was amazing with restaurant choices. Very helpful with the airport shuttle.

It was a nice hotel. You have to take a bus to get to the trains. UBER was reasonable from the location.

The only issue was noise. There is a truck depot next door. Constant noise of trucks. I am a sound sleeper so I wasn’t too bothered but some people might be. Try to get a room on the opposite side. I would definitely stay there again. The price was excellent for an airport hotel and it is a nice hotel.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and cheerful.

As the hotel goes it was acceptable. But we asked for a handicapped room, and they put us all the way down the hall. Making walking very difficult for my sister because she uses a cane. Also, they charge nightly to park in the lot which has limited parking as it is. Had it been closer to the airport, which it was not, I can see the reason to charge.

It was an ok place not to far from Downtown the room was not clean and the furniture need updating breakfast was good.

Nice and clean! Only 13 minutes away from inner city of Boston. Tj Maxx across the street for quick finds and food options in walking distance. The latina restaurant across the street is expensive and not as flavorful. Overall, enjoyed my stay here!

A little more attention to detail would be in order. There was a yogurt left in our fridge. Coffee machine was missing parts.

The bad: really sloppy & incomplete every other day housekeeping. Seriously... No toilet paper? No bath mat. Aren't those mandatory to replace after a guest checks out? Also... More for the ladies.. no makeup mirror. No room safes. Seemingly redundant but apparently nonfunctional heater/AC controllers. Wall thermostat doesn't have any effect on wall heater. Can't turn off its fan. Lastly... parking lot can get pretty packed.
