It was clean and nice. And my reservation was upgraded, which was very sweet of the hotel. The breakfast was ok for me. The staff doesn’t speak any other foreign language and there is everything in Chinese. Be ready to use online translator non-stop.

We liked absolutely everything, it was our first trip to Chengdu and this place was super quiet and right in the middle of the city. Very clean and friendly, shower was very strong,all things we needed were there, really nice teas and tea set in the room., wich was very special, in other hotels we had only Lipton and tea bags, and here they always refiled food quality tea. Since this hotel is not always full with crustumers, first impression was that it's cold inside, but then the heating system worked for some hours and we were fine
