The location was great. The room was cozy and clean. Above all, the hotel staff were all helpful, friendly and accommodating. There’s nothing that I don’t like about the hotel.

Breakfast was good. Good location. Maintenance is poor in all respects

The towels were not looked after properly. The food was not good for Western people with lighter and less spicy food needs. Wifi service was very poor.

There needs to be more cleanliness. The property is lacking routine maintenance.

Hospitality, cleanliness, Kerala tradition , Ayurvedic Spa and Kerala style food in break fast and Lunch For night dinner Idli / Dosa items were not available. That also could be included , Tariff is bit higher only. Being a KTDC Hotel , if rate is reduced it will be very comfort.

Internet connection which is so bad

2 lifts are old, one was not working & another was not so good. It is high time to repair the lifts. Otherwise accident can occur anytime.

Good house keeping, friendly staff, good views from the windows, clean room, good food. Limited entertainment- only channels that requires payments to watch. Some light maintenance works here and there but it didn't bother us too much. Need to use 2 lifts to get downstairs was a bit of an inconvenience.

Nothing Room fare is 3920 for one night, checked in at 7 pm but was asked to check out at 11 am next day, complimentary breakfast not much items, cock roach seen in room etc.,
