Sheraton Grande at Puratchi Thalaivar Dr MGR Central Railway Station

Rooms are neat and clean. The water provided is not treated, resulting in hard water with an unpleasant taste. The breakfast, which is purportedly complimentary, is purchased from a street vendor and catered. When we expressed our desire for a more substantial breakfast, the staff refused to provide it and instead demanded an additional fee to purchase it from a reputable restaurant. Following this incident, the establishment requests that we provide them with favorable ratings, thereby deceiving unsuspecting customers.

Hospitality very good. Inside room cleaning good. Arrangments good. 1)They told breakfast included. BUT IT WASN'T HAVE COFFEE OR TEA WITH IT. WHEN ASKED FOR IT, ROOM BOY GIVES US WATER TO DRINK ALONG WITH IT. 2); Generator sound so horrible inside the room.

Perfectly located near the Chennai CTL Station, you can directly reach to the hotel from airport via Blue Line Metro. Staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend if you have train to catch early in the morning. It can be quite noisy some nights.

We could not eat breakfast. Location and approach is bad. Need for upliftment. Stay was good Approach. But the area itself is like that. You cannot help it

It was exactly as expected. Basic, clean and near to train station. Staff courteous. neighborhood, but I needed and overnight place near train station so it was fine

I stayed 6 nights at this business hotel with my wife, after reading good reviews on Google about cleanliness and staff excellence. Attended an International Table Tennis Tournament at Jawarlahal indoor Stadium,  hence the location was perfect as it was only a 6 minute walk away. It is also a 5 minutes auto ride from Chennai Central Station. Double and Triple rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and clean. Rooms were cleant and bed sheets replaced everday. The Reception staff and Cleaning staff were polite and helpful throughout. No restaurants or facilities within the Hotel. However Adyar Anand Bhavan and Buhari Hotels were 2 and 5 minutes away. Autos easily available near the entrance. Will definitely stay here again, we were given excellent service. Thanks to the Lobby and Reception staff. Nothing Negative
