The rooms were spacious, the swimming pool and spa were wonderful. The staff were gracious and welcoming. The rooftop restaurant and bar was amazing with great views. Overall, a fantastic experience! NA

This is my third time in this hotel and always is a good experience. Very comfortable feels like a breath in the middle of busy India. I like also that they have currency exchange. This time the temperature of the water of the shower was not so hot, so that was a little issue since i like to take a warm bath at the end of the day.

The facility was clean and staff were nice. Breakfast was disappointing. I stayed for 5 days and never had a tasty food. It was blunt and no taste. The only thing I enjoyed at the breakfast table was coffee

The new amenities in the room were good. Breakfast was interesting and not excessive. The waiters were good, especially Bharat and the ones from Miisuram. Good to see the movement of people to the south and being accommodated.

Breakfast was excellent. Wide range to choose from with plenty of waiters for service. Have stayed here before but found new and modern upgrades. Liked the modern comfortable Japanese toilet and digital room , lighting and window settings . Spa was excellent with helpful and courteous Manager Mandira and staff . Gym was spacious and had good equipment. Reception staff Sundar lacked training in customer relations . Also packed breakfast request for additional day was delayed and not prepared well with just cut apples. Laundry was a bit pricey.

breakfast spread. I stayed on the 19th floor and there were construction noises throughout. even in the night. Shower pressure was very poor.

Its location. The facilities fell short of meeting the expected standards, presenting numerous issues. These included an unoperational pool, a foul-smelling corridor and room, and a noticeable lack of efficiency in services like laundry. We also encountered cigarette smoke inside the room, and when we complained, they didn’t even investigate how it originated. We were only given an alternate room. These shortcomings resulted in an overall experience that was below par, highlighting the urgent need for improvements to bring the facilities up to a satisfactory level.
