All of the staff working at GRT Chennai Pollite are very helpful and professional. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Additionally, they offer a delicious and generous breakfast buffet. None

Banquet hall Key card not allowing to other floor is ridiculous. Had two rooms in different floors but without key - lift does not allow you to whichever floor you want to go. This is a pain. Food options were not that great.

Loved the spacious Bathroom, and the massage chair after a tiring day was really great, thoughtful addition. Breakfast was awesome everyone enjoyed our stay. My kid enjoyed the Indoor pool. Staffs were so friendly and helpful. We will pick GRT Again for our upcoming stay. The bathtub seems old and took ages to fill up and at the end we didn't use it . Would be great if they could provide treated water for bathrooms too. Would be great if the increase the portion size of the food for that pricing. Was expecting a rest area/accommodation for the drivers unfortunately they don't have. Even in previous small hotels also they have given accommodation for drivers.

Very thoughtful design and very attentive staff. I was traveling with my mother and she was very pleased with the stay and food options.

The Air conditioning is ineffective in some parts of the bed room. This could be improved by providing a ceiling fan or pedestal fan to circulate the sir.

Best staff hospitality and constant assistance by the ever so helpful staff. I enjoyed the food at the Bazaar. The rooms were great. Comfy. Nothing to complain about.

Excellent breakfast and dinner spread. Courteous and helpful staff. Front desk could have done a better job explaining discounts/credits that were available. But it’s a minor point

Excellent hotel to stay, enjoyed best breakfast and staff service was the best. Stayed in a suite very comfortable and clean. Everything was perfect.

But Staff were excellent Breakfast buffet was the best King bed was very comfortable Bodhi Spa provides excellent massage treatments Room decor was generic Taking away from the grandeur of the hotel. But the worst thing was the larger than life depiction of a woman holding a weapon of war (like AK 47) on the glass entry wall of the bar. As an amer5where the violence & destruction and mass murders are caused too frequently by such weapons of war in the hands of civilians. What is hotel management trying to do by promoting violent weaponry? Who are they hoping to impress?

The breakfast was very good. The bar service was excellent, had a karaoke on Saturday and enjoyed a lot. Location cannot be better than this. Extremely friendly staff, I did see familiar faces indicating the retention of the staff must be great at your hotel. The imported liquor cost arm and leg!
