Excellent customer treatment by the entire staff. Cleanliness and hygiene with good housekeeping. Well maintained rooms. Nearer to busiest Pondy Bazaar. Disappointed with the breakfast buffet service. Just a single dish was served. If you can't serve, please cancel the buffet.

No-frills accommodation with basics, simple breakfast to start the day Great location, yet apartment is along a quiet stretch Shower head didn't work. Bucket was provided and it was cold water bathing (which is fine during the hot weather)

Location was the best Room size and few things missing in the room like good bath towels, tissues,microwave , refrigerator

Great location. Need improvement in replenishing tissue papers, Bath towels and Cosmetics. Room was pretty small, may have to choose a bigger one. Preferred Small refrigerator and a microwave

Pebbles strategic location which is easily accessible. Breakfast was scrumptious. Good service by the staff. The cleanliness was really good. The toilet pipes need to be upgraded. Most of the time the shower heater didn't function well. The cups and saucers need to be replaced with new sets.

Breakfast could have been added for the price they charge

One of my preferred places to stay in Madras. The recent painting and cleaning has given the place and rooms a facelift. Neat and cosy room, with a comfy bed. Decent toilet and shower with my favorite shampoo and shower gel by Biotique. Kettle and coffee/tea with helpful staff and an awesome location in T Nagar rounds up the near perfect experience of staying here. Price is not very cheap, but its worth better compared to similar options around. Nothing, perhaps the price could be a bit more economical :-)

Simple but very decent spread of breakfast, very efficient and attentive staff.

Bed are too soft

Location: Close to Metro which is nice also with 50 INR -100 INR Tuk, we can reach happening areas quickly. Hospitality & Cleanliness : Staffs are very friendly and quickly assisted our needs Specially the room service staffs Facility: Internet was super fast TV is connected with a firestick which helped to watch OTT films with my friends Space: Rooms size is big as it was in the photos AC was not enough on one room and other room it was very noisey

The staff and service were prompt and excellent. The breakfast provided was also fantastic. I had to ask for a kettle, an extra towel for a double occupancy room ( one was provided) and the room cleaning leaves something to be desired. Also mineral water was not provided unless we asked for it. This is something the housekeeping staff has to replenish automatically without being asked.

AC is working nicely , nice bed No breakfast starting till 8.15/8.30am, issue with room lock repeatedly ,

Exceptional

The staff was really friendly and the room was spacious. There was a delicious breakfast spread in the morning and I really appreciate the help received from the staff members. If there were more complementary water bottles in the room. Also, additional toilet papers in the bathroom.
