If shopping is your main objective, then this is the place to stay. My flight was delayed and I reached the hotel very late. The place was very dark for a hotel.

NOTHING-UNPROFESSIONAL-UNETHIC-BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE- We are a group of 4pax traveling to India from Malaysia. Due to some delays, we arrive to the hotel at 7.30pm and was informed that our booking was canceled. The staff was very unprofessional, not even apologizing to us for the last-minute cancelation without any notification and blaming us. When we ask why we're not informed, they put the blame on booking com. No any cancellation email or call was given to us and our booking still valid at the system, however the hotel simply neglected our reservation. The hotel management failed to provide any valid justification. Then hotel business manager offered another place to stay and mentioned it's in walking distance. Again, its not in walking distance or a hotel. It was service apartment at other side of location and was in poor condition compared to what we booked. We have to reject it as it wasn't what we booked for or wanted. For example you reserved for A category accommodation and was offered E category. We then spent almost 3 hours looking for accommodation around Chennai as its was a pick date and fully sold. Luckily, we didn't travel with my small kids/baby, or else it will be extremely awful. And when we contacted Booking Com, they mentioned our booking was valid and no cancelation was made by booking or hotel, then we understood that the hotel had played their dirty trick on us. Totally spoiled our night. Not recommended at all.

Location was excellent Prompt and excellent service They rectify issues fast The staffs were helpful. When flushing water seeping out wifi not good. Bed spread should change after each guest. Can smell the body odour of earlier guest Never take the twin room next to the staircase. Horrible room. Pricey. SGD 58$. Not classy. Worth for location and cleanliness. water can be hotter. Could have be cheaper. Ensure u are given the right rooms.

location room is not good. AC not working. shower is not useable. bathroom door was very dirty. someone else used shirt is hanging in the closet. room Oder is very bad.
