AC was not working. The room was dirty. Stains and sticker on the wall. Rusted washroom fixtures. No food available. The pictures shown are exactly opposite from the actuals. Pathetic experience!!!!!

Nothing. It is dirty and not liveable. Need serious check on the current reviews. All. Location, reception, bed, everything not maintained and doesnt reflect the photos and ratings. Worst ever booking I made.

Very poorly maintained property. When I checked in they gave me Room no 4 which was smelly and dirty and had to change the room the very next day.

The cleanses and neatness of this property is very bad, i have seen flies in the room. Bathrooms are not cleaned

Location was good. Property was not worth of amount charged (INR 2000+Taxes) per night. Rooms were uncleaned especiallyy bathroom, taps & no hot water. Even after informing last night to deliver breakfast at 8:30am, noone arrived to deliver it till 9:30am. After checking the staff said that last night reception attendant did not inform him about my package which was inclusive of Breakfast & my name / room number was not inlcuded in the Breakfast list & hence they could not deliver the breakfast. Finally I had to take my breakfast outside after check-out. Pathetic service. The second day attendant was so arrogant & he straight a way told me that he cannot provide breakfast & I can complaint wherever I want. He said he will refund breakfast charges & took photo of my Gpay QR Code. But stiil no response after 3 days of check-out. Also still I have not received their Invoice after 3 days which I have to submit to my office. Where is Booking.com customer care? What are you doing such scenario. You people are not at all approachacle by phonem which is more irritating. Can you please make some justice in this case. Give me my invoice, which I have to submit to my office.

Location has good proximity to US Consulate but don't book here. The property was in tatters, not suitable for families. stinking entrance and rooms. cockroaches and lizards all over the room walls. Did not stay at this property but writing to warn others Bad odor, cockroaches, lizards

Nothing about the property except the location. Terrible rooms, unhelpful staff. The booking confirmation said that the property will accept Visa, Master and Amex cards while the property flatly refused to accept cars, only cash or GPay demanded and accepted. The counter staff even said he won't give me the room unless I pay by cash or GPay. The room was decent size, but there were some cockroaches in the bathroom and even in the corridor. A/c was not effective, shower was clogged and water was feeble. Overall horrible hotel and attitude. Everything could have been better

quite close to the market area Pondy bazaar very good eateries like balaji bhavan, Adyar Anand bhavan and Geetha cafe are walkable distance ac good stayed there for two and a half days first day's room was very bad second day changed the room and it was better no arrangement for hanging the clothes inside the bathroom no waste basket inside the room
