There was a receptionist who, besides being beautiful, was very kind and attentive; unfortunately, I don't remember her name. The breakfast staff couldn't have been ruder and more unfriendly. Furthermore, the food, besides having very few options, was visibly stale, with day-old bread and things like that. The table was dirty, and the jams were dirty too—disgusting.

This place is very different and very poorly looking in comparison to the pics. the bed is just a set of springs. bathroom is very primitive. The room does not even have a proper table. it is work not more than 1500 Rs, max.\

I booked a room at that hotel. The service was really good; the staff were friendly and helpful. They addressed any problems I had immediately. When I first checked into the room, I found the bed wasn't comfortable, so they changed it for me right away. However, even in the new room, the bed was the only thing that was a slight problem for me because the spring was somewhat uncomfortable sometimes. But otherwise, everything was okay. The staff were very friendly, and the cleaning services were perfect; they cleaned regularly. I had booked for three days, and they cleaned the room twice. There were no issues with that; they changed the towels and blankets. So, they kept the room clean and neat all the time, so no problems there. The only thing is that the room was too small, the space was very limited. Next, the bed was a bit problematic. If they could just fix that, everything would be perfect, like super. the location is really good. There are many food-related hotels nearby, both street food and big hotels. The parking is also spacious, so even if you come by car, you can park it there without any problems. the new room, the bed was the only thing that was a slight problem for me because the spring was somewhat uncomfortable sometimes

Great location! The staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean. Room facilities, amenities can be improved also the mattress quality and decent sitting.

The room given to us was a twin bed room and was very difficult for the kid to sleep. Bed was hard and wasn't comfortable. Breakfast options were poor. Except for the location the room as such was pricey

Nice location next to the market some good restaurants around Bathroom was not clean, complimentary breakfast was a Joke, very limited items and not fresh, at 8:30 they were preparing machine for tea coffee I went out for breakfast

Clean toilets - up to international standard cleanliness. Most hotels in india is considered clean by Indians but usually is still not acceptable for foreigners. Same breakfast daily.

The Front Office staff Nisha is so good, she is very good at communicating and so respect person. And other front officers are also so kind and helpful. The breakfast starts at 08.00am - 10.00am. For example, if they do start at 07.00am, I really appreciate it.

Very convenient, walking distance to shopping, bars and restaurants. Felt safe in the area. Staffs are very friendly and caring. I enjoyed chatting with them. Good breakfast. The bed was not comfortable. There's no refrigerator in the room. I can't keep cold drinks in the room in a hot 36 deg temperature. False advertising, actual is not the same as pictures on the website. That was disappointing. Should be cleaned every day not upon request.
