Well located. Fast Checkin No support from the staff for the requests made. Not even the request were addressed after multiple calls. Dinner should be better than what was available. Basic amenities included in the plan, needs to be requested. Upon request, only minimal was provided. Twin accommodation should have facilities/ toiletries and other things considering two persons in the room. Flush not working. Bathroom water leaking in the room.

Nothing . Extremely worthless property to stay for business needs. 1. The rooms were extremely small. No provision to keep any items. 2. Air conditioning was having no control. Despite being attempted by maintenance person, it was not Ok. 3. The toilet water leaking was an issue which couldn't be rectified . 4. Finally, the room was changed from 4th floor to 7th floor after long waiting.

Small writing pad with at least a pencil would be preferable. A glass tumbler to drink water from the bottle would be useful. A stirrer to stir coffee or tea would be necessary.

Cheap, affordable, budget friendly. -The breakfast is the bare basic minimum. Idli, vadai and cereal. It is common not for breakfast items to get replenished quickly and that you may have to wait more than 10 minutes. -The TV doesn't work in my room or so I am told on all the rooms in the 3rd floor. And not much effort was made to rectify this. -The main reason why I booked this hotel was the complimentary free laundry perk. Little did I know that when the washing detergent finishes no effort was made by the staff to replenish even after telling them twice about it. -there is a weird smell in the shower and the water from the shower often leaks into the bedroom. And you may just see general rusting around your room as things look little aged. - rooms are super small. Which was okay for me since I was a solo traveller's. But if you're with a family, good luck! - this hotel seems to fall short in all areas not just 1 or 2. If you think you'll get the flagship holiday inn experience...forget about it. - everything you request for whether it's an breakfast item or an extra towel, you have to mention it twice to the staff, only then it will get done. It seems that the hotel is short staffed or that the staff simply don't care.

The room was pathetic, each time I took a bath, water was pouring out to the floor. We had ask them to mop the place multiple times. The curtains had so much stains, the floor was not at all clean. It's pathetic to see this much disregard to cleanliness. Not at all worth the money. I will never book here again. Cleanliness of the room was pathetic.
