nice place , peace , good staff and management over all good experience, in executive rooms AC are having little lowers capacity of cooling, it might due to big size of rooms. food quality now also good the bathroom was leaking

Location is Good. Around 05:00 PM, I checked in. While check in, he forcefully charged 160 rupees extra and He said 24 hours we can stay, AC is not working properly. I have checked out next day around 03:45 PM, AND While check out again forcefully he charged Rs.400 extra saying delay in check out. Booking bill was Rs.642.08, while check in he charged around Rs.160 extra (Paid Rs.800 and he promised 24 hours stay.) While check out, he arrogantly argued with me and charged again Rs.400 extra. Totally I paid Rs.1200 ( Doubled the booking amount). He said if we come from online booking then he will do like that only ( Charge extra) it seems. Really very bad experience.

Location was good and somewhat clean and spacious rooms. Broken jugs, bathroom doors, no mat for whiping the feet out of bathroom. Broken switch boards and poor sockets. No blanket provided. no toitletries were provided.

Nothing to like Nothing is available, no staff behavior, room cleanliness, property location (require a boat to travel this property) Auto driver charged me 250rupees. J booked the room for 400 through booking.com but the property charged me 800. Still I didn't received a GST bill which I requested multiple times with property, their central office in Arumbakkam, Chennai and also with booking. Com

No wifi.. Lots of power cut at night. No drinking water. Smoking is allowed which i dont like.
